The process of ordering goods
- After selecting the item in your cart, you can continue shopping or proceed to checkout.
- Please provide your shipping address and any comments regarding your order.
- Select a delivery method and make a transfer to our bank account.
- After purchase, an order confirmation will be sent to your e-mail address.
- The Seller undertakes to deliver the goods without defects.
- The order completion time is 1-2 business days.
- If the Buyer has chosen transfer as the payment method, the Seller will process the order after the funds have been transferred to the account.
- The goods are delivered within and outside the territory of the Republic of Poland.
- The Seller delivers the goods to the Ordering Party using the method chosen by the Ordering Party:
a) via a courier company
b) personal collection
- The ordering party may collect the goods in person during the store’s opening hours.
- The Seller undertakes to send the goods within the time specified by the Ordering Party in the order.
Delivery time
We make every effort to offer our customers the highest level of service, so your parcel will reach you within the next 2 business days.
Delivery time is counted from the day of placing the order in the case of orders placed before 2 p.m. or from the next day in the case of orders placed after 2 p.m. In the case of payment by bank transfer, the delivery time is counted from the date of receipt of the payment.
Delivery times may vary depending on the day of the week the order is placed. The maximum delivery time is 3 business days. If the expected delivery date falls on a Saturday, Sunday or holiday, delivery will take place on the next business day.
Shipping costs
If the value of your order exceeds 199 PLN , you will receive your parcel without delivery costs! In other cases, the courier cost is min. 15 PLN.
The maximum weight of each parcel we can send is 31 kg. Orders weighing over 31 kg will be shipped in 2 or more parcels (depending on weight). For such orders, a handling fee may be charged to cover additional costs for the next package.
